以适当的形式(如在注释中)存储它可能有意义(它将适合 l1 缓存,但如果你有其他数据,可能被另一个线程使用,它更有可能留在那里) - 没有每个值需要超过 2 个字节(但我不知道与使用 native 大小的整数相比,这是否会带来额外的成本)。

如果这真的很关键,您应该查看生成的代码并对其进行优化。
