python-2.7 - 在 jupyter 中导入 unicodecsv 失败

我试着跑
导入 unicodecsv
通过运行 .ipynb 文件在 jupyter 中。
它失败了。
然后我通过 python install 命令安装了 unicodecsv 文件，并在 c\python27 目录中找到了它。但仍然没有发生进口。
应该怎么安装。需要放在anaconda安装里面吗
