c:\WINDOWS\system32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe -noexit "C:\Test\test.ps1" 

或者

c:\WINDOWS\system32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe -noexit -command " & 'C:\Test\test.ps1' "
