staging.my-project.appspot.com 存储桶应该在您初始化 App Engine 应用程序时创建。您可能无意中删除了它，或者在初始化过程中可能出现问题，但无论如何，您有多种选择来恢复它:

• 从命令行使用 Cloud SDK使用您的项目安装和初始化(或直接从 Cloud Shell )，运行 gcloud beta app repair 命令。这将恢复所需的 App Engine 功能，例如 App Engine 服务帐户(如果它已被删除)或任何丢失的默认存储桶，在本例中为 staging.... 一个。
