根据 MS 的说法，在某些情况下 DataGrid 控件存在一个已知问题，避免此问题的方法是禁用 DataGrid 控件的工具提示。

根据 MS 设置的属性是 DataGridView.ShowCellToolTips = false;
这解决了我们应用程序的问题。
