python-2.7 - 运行 gcloud 时出错，一直工作到昨天

昨天，gcloud 运行正常。而今天，它抛出了这个错误。我很确定我没有改变任何东西来导致这个。有人知道这可能是什么吗？

1) 我已经导出 CLOUDSDK_PYTHON成为 python2小路。我找不到安装 gcloud 的文件夹，如 here 所述所以我有点失落。我已经粘贴了整个输出。

2) 我试过重新安装 openssl ，并取消链接和重新链接它。这似乎也不起作用。
