Heroku不支持sqlite数据库。您需要在生产中使用postgres。在Rails中，切换数据库很容易：

  gem "pg"
end

group :development, :test do
  gem "sqlite3"
end

像上面那样更改您的gemfile，然后运行 bundle，然后将更改提交到 Gemfile和 Gemfile.lock。然后，再次运行 git push heroku master。

这样，您就可以在开发和测试环境中本地使用sqlite，并根据heroku的要求使用postgres。
