asp.net - 无法加载文件或程序集...数组下标超出范围

Question

我的 asp.net 项目，以前一直很好，突然开始在 @PAGE 指令下做波浪线，提示 ASP.NET 运行时错误:无法加载文件或程序集...等。当我尝试时出现以下错误和调试。我已经尝试了所有非常明显的东西......清理，重建，删除临时asp.net文件，删除并阅读引用，重新启动visual studio，重新启动我的电脑等。我完全被难住了，我找不到在谷歌上有任何用处。有谁知道发生了什么？
