我发现解决方案是修改 nginx 配置，但没有使用 nginx .. 我在 Windows 10 上工作，但没有看到 我应该在哪里增加 client_max_body_size 的值 !!

您收到此错误是因为 GitLab 端的大小限制太低。
使用管理员帐户登录 GitLab 并在设置/常规/帐户和限制下更改以下值:

最大附件大小 (MB)

最大导入大小 (MB)

并保存更改。它将解决这个问题。
