在2020-09版之前的Eclipse中，这似乎是一个错误。我也明白这一点。

到目前为止，我还没有解决的方法。使用项目的Maven依赖项无法解决问题，因为它是由m2e插件和eclipse引起的，因此超出了项目范围，位于IDE内部。 :-(
