打开jupyter_notebook_config.py文件>
然后从
c.NotebookApp.browser ='C:\Program Files(x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe'

c.NotebookApp.browser = u'C:/程序文件(x86)/Google/Chrome/Application/chrome.exe％s'
