我有同样的问题。我是这样解决的:

sudo sed -i -e 's/archive.ubuntu.com\|security.ubuntu.com/old-releases.ubuntu.com/g'/etc/apt/sources.list

grep -E 'archive.ubuntu.com|security.ubuntu.com'/etc/apt/sources.list.d/*

sudo apt-get 更新
