sudo apt-get install build-essential libcurl4-openssl-dev

对于 fedora用户:(我的是Fedora 32)

sudo dnf install libcurl libcurl-devel

如果libcurl已经存在，则:

sudo dnf install libcurl-devel

可以使用以下方法检查安装: dnf list installed libcurl和 dnf list installed libcurl-devel
