问题是ProtectionLevel的保护等级不同。有些是1，有些是2，而在属性菜单中，它们都是相同的。

因此，这些步骤已解决:

在Visual Studio(2012)中打开您的项目。

右键单击解决方案资源管理器中右侧的项目名称
屏幕上，然后选择属性

将安全性下的ProtectionLevel更改为DontSaveSensitive

双击一个包，然后在“属性”下应有一个列表
与属性。将“安全性”下的“保护级别”更改为
属性中的DontSaveSensitive(对所有软件包都执行此操作)

保存全部关闭Visual Studio(2012)

然后转到C:\ ProjectName \ ProjectName \并使用
