Deleting the contents of %localappdata%\Microsoft\WebsiteCache
Deleting all *.suo user options files
Uninstalling all extensions (Web compiler, Bundler and Minifier)
Probably some other things that I have forgotten.

向Microsoft提交支持请求后，事实证明问题是Web应用程序项目中的项目引用损坏。

删除引用后，上下文菜单将正常运行，没有任何滞后。
