实际发生的是:过去，我安装了Python 2.7.10，并且错误地从C驱动器中删除了python27文件。但是python仍然安装在计算机中，当我尝试将其卸载时，它显示与上述相同的错误。所以要卸载它，

首先，我下载类似的python文件(python2.7.10ci)版本并尝试安装它。您会看到它已安装。由于这个原因，在C驱动器中生成了一个名为python27的文件，现在我可以卸载安装了很长时间的python。

卸载旧的python2.7.10后，我右键单击python 2.7.10ci(在控制面板中)，然后选择修复。由于这个原因，再次使用python27生成了一个文件，现在我太容易卸载了它。

完成所有这些操作后，我下载了python 2.7.12并尝试安装。而且我可以无任何错误地安装它。
