刚刚花了一个小时左右的时间来解决同样的错误，所以我不得不回来帮助你。对我有用的是去 cchardet setup.py GitHub 上的文件，并检查我没有安装的依赖项。原来我唯一没有安装的是 Cython。我运行了 pip install cython，然后 pip install datadotworld[pandas] 终于成功了。
