删除 Width您的 WrapPanel 上的属性(property)
ScrollViewers用于滚动大于 ViewPort 的内容，以及您的 Width绑定(bind)到 WrapPanel将面板的大小限制为实际的 ScrollViewer 的 ViewPort Width。这意味着 ScrollViewer 没有任何内容可以滚动，因此它不会显示 ScrollBar。
