我刚刚遇到了同样的问题，发现您可能需要从标准属性(右侧对话框)进一步进入高级属性。

选择 Tablix 后，底部应该有一个框架，显示行组和列组，最右侧有一个箭头。单击箭头并选择高级模式。

现在，RowGroups 部分应该显示 (Static) 和 (Details1)，可能更多取决于您的 Tablix。选择静态行，在右侧的属性窗口中，将有一个 RepeatOnNewPage 选项。

完成此操作后，我的列标题按预期显示。
