好的，我设法通过删除 ~/Downloads/Xcode_10.3.app/Contents/Developer/usr/lib/libMainThreadChecker.dylib 来启动并运行它
它编译我的项目。
为安全起见，我从最新的 Xcode 12.2 复制了相同的 dylib 文件并将其放入该文件夹。到目前为止它仍在工作。
