ipython - 无法启动jupyter

并且，我还检查了系统以检查哪个进程正在该端口上运行，发现没有进程在运行，并且任何进程都没有使用这些端口。但是，我仍然收到该错误。

我也将jupyter的默认端口更改为其他各种端口，但仍然收到相同的错误。
