您似乎运行的是 Python 2.7，但您安装的 cx_Oracle 适用于 Python 3.4! cx_Oracle 是一个纯 C 模块，因此只能在为其编译的 Python 中工作。另一个模块(openpyxl)具有纯Python模块，因此它至少会部分加载。您需要运行 Python 3.4 或重新安装 Python 2.7 的两个模块。
