php - 更新后PHP执行超时

需要Finfo但删除了msi软件包，因此卸载了php 5.3.0，下载了5.3.2并安装了它。现在，当我点击自定义错误处理程序时，我所有的网站都出现了最大执行时间错误。在我更新之前没有问题-之前有人遇到过这个问题吗？

检查了所有错误日志并遍历了配置文件-没什么特别的。
