来自AWS CloudFormation Service Role :

To associate a service role with a stack, specify the role when you create the stack.

在管理控制台中或通过 aws cloudformation create-stack 创建堆栈时，您应指定 --role-arn。堆栈上的所有操作都将使用该角色，而不是您自己的凭据。

如果您的堆栈已创建，则可以使用update-stack --role-arn。来自 documentation :
