我最终通过使用 Web.config 转换语法解决了这个问题(请参阅原始帖子评论中的 Stephen Muecke 的链接)。

在与 Web.config 相同的目录中，我添加了 Web.Release.config。现在，如果在 Visual Studio 中选择“发布”构建，则 Web.Release.config 转换配置文件将用于替换 Web.config 文件的“ida: RedirectUri”键与转换配置文件中的值。
