spring-boot - 解决启用Kotlin的项目中的Jhipster依赖项时出错

如果转到jcenter并搜索jhipster-framework https://bintray.com/bintray/jcenter/io.github.jhipster%3Ajhipster-framework，则没有版本2.0.6。最新版本是2.0.8。
