应该是db_backupoperator :

Members of the db_backupoperator fixed database role can back up thedatabase.

请注意，db_backupoperator 角色不适用于 Azure SQL 数据库(非托管实例)和 Azure Synapse 无服务器池，因为备份和还原 T-SQL 命令不可用。
