我删除了Pods文件夹 & Podfile & Podfile.lock iOS文件夹下

我跑了flutter clean & flutter packages get

不行的话试试稳定 channel flutter channel stable , 然后返回 flutter channel master并在每个步骤中重复上述步骤。有时切换 channel 会出于某种原因解决问题。
