我今天也遇到了同样的问题。原因是我在 VirtualBox 中运行了另一个虚拟机。

解决方案:

1. 打开 VirtualBox 并关闭每个正在运行的虚拟机
2. 转至系统偏好设置 > 安全和隐私，然后点击“允许”按钮以允许 Oracle (VirtualBox) 加载。
3. 重新启动 VirtualBox

sudo "/Library/Application Support/VirtualBox/LaunchDaemons/VirtualBoxStartup.sh" restart

您现在应该能够运行 vagrant up 或 vagrant reload 并配置新主机。

As mentioned in this answer, recent versions of macOS can block VirtualBox.
