but what really bothers me is if anything has changed since May on Azure, that lead to my problems.

根据this article ，Azure Web App 已于 4 月底更新了 TLS/SSL 密码套件以提高安全性。新的密码套件命令删除了 Windows XP 使用前向保密所需的 3DES 密码。

此后，Azure Web App 不再支持 RC4( RC4 was removed at 2016/04 ) 和 3DES。这导致我们无法使用 HTTPS 与 Azure Web App 上托管的 Web 服务器进行通信。
