sudo apt-get install libmariadbclient18=1:10.1.29-6
sudo apt-get install libmariadbclient18-dev=1:10.1.29-6
pip3.7 install mysqlclient

2018 年 7 月 12 日更新:今天，我安装了 MariaDB 10.3.8，如下所示(在干净的系统中)，并且安装了 libmariadbclient18，没有任何提示:
