默认情况下你不能。但是，Azure 网站现在支持在虚拟网络上运行，因此(理论上)您应该能够创建一个 vnet 并将 SQL Server 虚拟机和 Azure 网站放置在该 vnet 上。这应该使您能够使用虚拟机的内部 (vnet) IP 地址连接到数据库。我还没有尝试过这个，所以不能保证。
