(total_evictions * time_lost) / total_runtime = eviction rate

例如，假设您要运行一个虚拟机 100 小时，驱逐率为 5%，驱逐的数量很难说，但可能类似于以下示例:

// 50 evictions, each removed 0.1h of computation time.
(50 * 0.1) / 100 = 0.05 = 5%
