经过多次尝试后，安装程序在大约 85MB 时停滞不前。在尝试了所有这些答案但没有成功后，the one found here是最终对我有用的一个。我取消了，从任务管理器中杀死了 dfsvc.exe(我使用的是 Windows 10)，删除了 C:\Users\{用户名}\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0，打开了 Internet Explorer(不是 Chrome 或 Firefox)并导航到这个确切的网址:
