看来该错误现已在 GitHub ( https://github.com/dotnet/corefx/issues/11100 ) 上关闭，并且新版本的 System.Net.Http 已发布。

我能够使用 NuGet 将 System.Net.Http 升级到版本 4.3.1，从而解决了该问题。
