测试 webhook 时出现此错误:

There was an error sending the request, so there was no response.  
Error(s):
    An error occurred while sending the request.
    The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.
    You may not call this function on a different context than the original request

使用curl调用相同的URL一切都很好。

编辑:阅读具有类似错误的答案，我认为该问题可能与 Azure Devops 使用的 TLS 版本有关。

我的远程服务已启用 TLS 1.3 和 1.2，但失败并显示 <= 1.1。

我将其配置为允许 TLS 1.0 和 1.1，但我不断收到相同的错误。

我已选中“接受不受信任的 SSL 证书”。取消选中它解决了问题。
