我在尝试上传包含 Azure 应用程序网关、根证书和中间证书的 4096 位 key 的 14209 字节 .pfx 文件时遇到了类似的问题。上传被拒绝，错误如下:

Failed to save configuration changes to application gateway: Data too big for certificate. Max data length supported is 16384.

从 .pfx 文件中删除根证书和中间证书后，文件大小减小到 9793 字节，并成功上传到 Azure 应用程序网关。 TLS 按预期工作。

我的结论: key 大小本身没有限制，但 .pfx 文件大小有限制。
