您已打开简单例份验证。您期望它被打开吗？这似乎是导致问题的原因。

如果您不打算打开它，请通过任一门户 ( old | new ) 导航到您的 Web 应用程序并在设置中找到它来将其关闭。

如果您确实打算打开它，则需要检查您的配置以确保您已正确设置 AAD。也许 AAD 中的应用程序配置已更改？
