您之前是否添加了 RPM 存储库？我不确定 obsoleted by elasticsearch-0:7.0.0-1.x86_64 的其他位置将来自其他地方。

如果是这样，我会清理缓存目录，获取所有可用版本，然后安装所需的版本:

yum clean all
yum --showduplicate list elasticsearch
yum install elasticsearch-0:7.0.0-1.x86_64
