首先，您使用的语法适用于5.x之前的Elastic版本，因此此处使用的命令将不起作用。

Documentation for the plugin you're trying to install明确指出，5.x及更高版本不再支持作为ElasticSearch的插件安装。

for Elasticsearch 5.x: site plugins are not supported. Run as a standalone server
