Genymotion 卡在启动屏幕上

Question

我的同事的笔记本电脑在 genymotion 运行时由于电源故障而关闭。不幸的是，重新启动 Xubuntu 14.04 机器后，genymotion 停止工作。它总是卡在启动画面上。我尝试重新安装genymotion和virtualbox好几次，但都是徒劳。似乎是用户身份验证的问题。

编辑-“kaveri kumar”是她的 genymotion 帐户的用户名。我无法理解，即使我在提示删除日志文件时输入Yes，她的用户名仍然保存在系统中的某个位置。
