我发现错误是由 privman64.dll [来自 power broker windows 客户端] 证书不受虚拟盒信任，因为安装的版本 privman64 证书仅在 2012-2015 年有效。
不幸的是，我无法卸载电力经纪人软件，
所以我更新了具有有效证书的新版本，然后问题消失了。
否则将虚拟盒降级到 V 4.1.12 则不会出现问题。
