Cannot connect to the Docker daemon at unix:///var/run/docker.sock. Is the docker daemon running?

3.13是一个相当老的内核。安装最新的稳定的标准内核(3.19版的内核已支持overlay FS)。主要阻止者是cgroup问题。 Cgroup必须可用。
