确保安全 xml 是由 ContextLoaderListener 而不是 DispatcherServlet 加载的。 DelegatingFilterProxy 只会查找要委托(delegate)的 bean 的根应用程序上下文(由 ContextLoaderListener 加载)。 (参见spring的文档here)

如果您只有一个调度程序 Servlet，您可以全局定义您的应用程序上下文并将调度程序 Servlet 参数留空。
