您正在使用 mode=append ，它基本上将您的值附加到现有集合(组)中。就您而言，某些 Impex(OOTB) 可能在执行您的 Impex 之前已将 customersupportagentrole 添加到 customersupportmanagergroup 中。现在您的 Impex 不会覆盖现有值，它只是附加。因此，请尝试使用 mode=replace，它基本上会覆盖现有值。
