看来，我的计算机上出现了更多的问题，而不仅仅是Visual Studio失败了。这促使我使用www.tweaking.com中的多合一修复实用程序进行系统修复。这花费了相当长的时间才能运行，但是现在一切正常。

我仍然不知道此问题的最初原因是什么(注册表损坏，系统文件损坏等)，但我很高兴现在一切正常。

如果您使用上述实用程序，请确保使用BACKUP选项卡对注册表进行备份，并在运行修复程序之前创建还原点。这是最后手段，必须在重新安装操作系统之前尝试使用。
