因为根据引用 io_service::reset

This function must not be called while there are any unfinished calls to the run(), run_one(), poll() or poll_one() functions.

当您调用 run时， restart方法似乎可以在线程中工作。

您无需调用此方法即可停止 io_service::run方法。通过调用 run可以取消 _io_service->stop();中所有待处理的操作，然后 run停止，您的线程也终止。
