我最近将 ImageMagick 6.5.4.7 从 CentOS6 向后移植到 CentOS5，因此现在安装 rmagick 应该更容易:

rpm -Uvh http://rbel.co/rbel5
yum install ImageMagick-devel ImageMagick-c++-devel
gem install rmagick
