Vagrant ，无法下载盒子

不知道为什么会遇到这个问题，但我无法添加 Vagrant 盒。

使用 Windows 10，尝试使用 powershell 和简单的命令提示符。同样的问题。这是一个相对全新的 Windows 安装。也许我缺少一些必需的包？

首先我尝试了这个命令:

vagrant box add hashicorp/precise32

并得到错误:

当前版本(截至目前)OSX 上的库不支持与 Vagrant 1.8.7 捆绑的curl 版本。我安装了 1.8.6，一切都运行得很好。为了检验这个理论:

cd /opt/vagrant/embedded/bin
./curl --help

如果您得到“正常”回复，那么应该没问题，或者还有其他问题。
