终于成功了:)

我通过停止，删除，然后重新启动sqllocaldb解决了这个问题。但我读到的所有帖子都提到了如何使用 sqllocaldb 来做到这一点。就我而言，我发现我有 2 个实例:sqllocaldb 和 MSSQLLocaldb。因此，在我使用 MSSQLLocaldb 完成这些步骤后，它就可以工作了。

1. sqllocaldb 停止 MSSQLLocaldb
2. sqllocaldb 删除 MSSQLLocaldb
3. 从 C:\Users\[UserName] 中删除 WAStorageEmulatorDb34.mdf 和 WAStorageEmulatorDb34_log.ldf(在我的例子中)
4. sqllocaldb 启动 MSSQLLocaldb

然后尝试再次安装存储模拟器，它应该可以工作。
